- Recommend actions to ensure that departments are economically and efficiently organized, staffed and trained
- Assist in establishing and implementing an effective an economic system of human resource management: i.e. "Management by Objectives", position descriptions, position classification, payroll planning, recruitment and testing, performance evaluation, procedures, etc.
- Organize in-company training programs primarily in the areas of supervisory management and customer service
- Establish human resource programs for personnel motivation, communication and involvement
