- Develop plans to review and to improve existing organizational goals and / or to set new organizational goals
- Prepare and execute feasibility studies resulting in recommendations and / or developing schedules to implement these goals
- Assist in preparing programs and performance evaluations as relating to goals, to budget analysis, cost/benefit studies, cost reduction, productivity and projections
- Establish modern organizational structures and implement basic organizational systems and reporting
- Assist in planning staff, equipment and physical space requirements to carry out organizational objectives
- Help establish the organization's needs for more efficient operations by analyzing requirements in terms of present and future service capabilities, cost benefits, etc., and to advise alternative means of achieving these
- Assist management in determining it's informational requirements and to assist it in the interpretation thereof
- Analyze management systems, methods and procedures at corporate and departmental levels
